"So fast!"
Yuluo Chenfu stared at the sprawling mountain range ahead, unable to help rubbing his eyes.
He could hardly believe it was real.
Even while riding the Rapid Dragon boat, he had already felt the strong wind hitting his face and knew the boat was fast—far faster than their fishing vessel. But he never expected it to be this much faster.
In the Divine Realm, the goblins' favorite saying was that time is money.
That phrase couldn't be more fitting for an adventuring team that spent their days roaming the seas.
Ordinary players might not understand, but as seasoned players who regularly braved the open ocean, they knew all too well what kind of terrifying effect those saved hours could produce.
Many islands out at sea were incredibly rich in resources—even the high-resource maps on land couldn't compare.
But there was one serious drawback: it took far too much time to get there.
An average player only had about ten or so hours a day to play in the Divine Realm, with the rest of the time consumed by work, study, and other obligations back in reality.
Guild players heading to high-resource zones on land might spend five or six hours traveling, then spend over twenty hours grinding in the high-resource area before returning to the city to rest and relax. For ordinary players, this was something to be envious of, since leveling in a high-resource zone was far faster than in a regular area—making it nearly impossible for free players to keep up with guild members in levels.
Yet even that kind of leveling efficiency couldn't match spending twenty hours at sea to find a high-resource island, grinding for just ten hours, and then heading back to the city to rest.
It showed just how efficient leveling on a high-resource island really was.
And on those islands, players also had a much easier time obtaining rare materials and quality weapons and equipment.
If the travel time at sea could be cut to just five or six hours, and the player could then spend over twenty hours leveling on the island, that leveling speed would be two or three times what you'd get grinding in a high-resource zone on land.
Two to three times the leveling speed of guild members!
Just thinking about it made Yuluo Chenfu's heart race. When the time came, blowing past those grinding maniacs on the Star Moon Kingdom's level rankings would be a piece of cake.
But for now, it was just wishful thinking. A Rapid Dragon boat like this one was obviously far too rare—there was no way someone like him could get his hands on one.
"Who exactly is he?" Yuluo Chenfu couldn't help but turn his gaze toward Shi Feng, swallowing hard.
Even someone as clueless as him could now see that they had encountered a true expert. Otherwise, how could he possibly own such an incredible boat?
He wasn't the only one who had realized this. The other members of the small team had noticed it too.
"So this is what a real expert looks like!"
"I always thought experts were all aloof and untouchable, completely out of touch with the rest of us. I didn't expect an expert to be this approachable. I wonder if he has a girlfriend—I'd totally introduce my sister to him."
"What? You have a sister? How come I never knew? You're a terrible friend—knowing me for this long and never introducing her to a handsome guy like me!"
"Get lost. She's not my real sister, but I'm still not about to throw her into a pit of fire."
"All right, all right, knock it off. The expert's walking over."
Hearing the hushed chatter from the team members, Yuluo Chenfu quickly cut them off, and only then did they notice Shi Feng approaching.
Looking at him again, they suddenly felt like his figure seemed much larger than before, as though an invisible pressure was bearing down on their entire bodies.
"We've arrived. I enjoyed our conversation on the way, but I have matters to attend to, so let's part ways here," Shi Feng said with a smile, noticing the team's sudden awkwardness.
