I had just finished writing the first chapter last night when something urgent came up and I had to head out overnight. I originally thought it would be resolved quickly, but things changed unexpectedly and I still can't get home. I probably won't be able to return until tonight.
Yesterday's second update and today's chapter will have to be postponed. Once I'm back, I'll stay up and do my best to get both chapters out before tomorrow morning.
Sigh, plans never survive contact with reality. Not having any chapters stockpiled really puts me in a tough spot. Sorry, everyone — I hope you can bear with me!
