The moment the pearl appeared, a high-pitched dragon cry faintly echoed from within Yang Kai's body. At the same time, a different kind of pressure spread outward from him.
Yang Yan looked up in astonishment, gazing at Yang Kai with wonder, but soon her attention was drawn to the white bone and the pearl before her.

"Your luck is truly astonishing. To think you'd actually obtain a dragon bone and a dragon pearl — I can't even imagine where you went inside the Flowing Flame Sand Field." Yang Yan lightly bit her red lip. It was clear she was just as excited, though she had forced her emotions back under control.
"So it really is a dragon bone and a dragon pearl?" Yang Kai's expression lit up with joy. Although he had already suspected as much when he found them in the underground Sacred Crystal vein, having Yang Yan confirm it still left him almost unable to believe it.
"It's undoubtedly a dragon bone and a dragon pearl!"
Yang Kai couldn't help but break into a wide grin, his mood thoroughly exhilarated. Yang Yan seemed equally delighted by his heaven-defying fortune and grinned along with him like a fool.
After a good while, once Yang Kai had calmed down, Yang Yan's smile faded and she asked, "So what do you plan to do with them?"
"Can they be refined into an artifact? I just happen to need an offensive artifact!" Yang Kai already had a plan in mind and naturally asked right away. He had no interest in ordinary offensive artifacts — even a high-rank Void Grade artifact might not match the offensive power he could produce on his own. A Void King Grade artifact, on the other hand, was beyond his ability to unleash at full power. But since your Sacred Yuan is also so fiercely hot, you can absolutely temper it yourself!"
