Yang Yan pondered for a moment, then said seriously, "In theory, yes. But how it performs in practice still needs careful study... Are you going to give me the crystals or not?"
"I'll give them!" Yang Kai laughed, waving his hand generously. There were so many Void Spirit Crystals here that no amount of use could deplete them. When his friends and family came visiting, he could even have Yang Yan forge each of them a Space Ring.
"Thank you so much, you're such a wonderful person!" Yang Yan was overjoyed, practically lunging forward to plant a kiss on Yang Kai. She immediately scurried off to a corner and began harvesting crystals. Though her collection speed couldn't compare to the Stone Puppet's, only the crystals tucked into her own ring truly counted as hers.
Yang Yan understood that truth better than anyone.
Yang Kai, for his part, wasn't quite so frantic. After the initial rush of surprise and elation, his emotions gradually settled, and he stood off to the side watching the Stone Puppet gnaw away at the Void Spirit Crystal vein, layer after layer of impurities seeping from its body before flaking off. The sight never got old.
Years of nurturing and waiting, so many precious minerals consumed — and now at last there was a return. And what a return it was: the very first vein the Stone Puppet found was a Void Spirit Crystal deposit!
According to Yang Yan, the creature was innately attuned to rare minerals. As long as it was around, any rare ore that others could never hope to find would fall into Yang Kai's hands effortlessly.
The only pity was that he possessed only a single Blood Essence Stone. If he had a second, another Stone Puppet could be revived as well.

"Most people only know that Void Spirit Crystals are used to forge Space Rings and set up spatial formations. In fact, they have another use."
"Oh? You know something else that nobody else does?" Yang Kai chuckled. Though he hadn't been around Yang Yan for long, this girl never failed to astound him — not because of her appearance, not because of her figure, but because of sheer, genuine ability. He had no intention of underestimating her.
"They can also be used for Cultivation." Yang Yan tossed her head proudly. "You didn't know that, did you? Most people don't. Well, you could say that almost nobody knows."
"Void Spirit Crystals can be used for Cultivation?" Yang Kai was stunned. "Can they be absorbed like Sacred Crystals to enhance one's power?"
"Yes, but not for just anyone. They only work for a specific type of person — martial artists who understand spatial power.
