"Come on, little brother. Didn't your big sister already tell you that she'll reveal everything in time? Now just isn't the moment."
"Don't worry. When the time comes, I'll tell you all about my background."
Bai Liluo spoke to Chu Feng.
"But do you know how the Qingyu Demon Clan managed to find you?"
The reason Chu Feng asked this was because he found it suspicious that the Qingyu Demon Clan had been able to track them down in the first place.
What was even more suspicious was that they had supposedly been sealed away by Bai Liluo, yet had still managed to break free and make their way here.
But regarding this matter, Bai Liluo hadn't bothered to interrogate any of them. She had simply killed them on the spot.
Chu Feng suspected that Bai Liluo might already have some guesses of her own.
"Who cares? So what if they found me? They just came here to die," Bai Liluo said with a dismissive pout.
But Chu Feng noticed that just before speaking, her gaze had flickered with a trace of hesitation.
That hesitation told him that Bai Liluo was not truly indifferent to how the Qingyu Demon Clan had managed to locate her.
On the contrary, she likely knew the reason but was deliberately keeping it from him.
Still, Chu Feng didn't press the matter. Bai Liluo had far too many secrets, and if she didn't want to share, there was nothing he could do about it.
At the very least, one thing Chu Feng could be certain of—Bai Liluo currently posed no threat to him.
After that, Bai Liluo led Chu Feng out of the underground palace and sealed the entrance she had opened with a formation.
"All right, little brother Chu Feng. Your big sister has matters to attend to, so I'll be taking my leave."
"I'll come find you after a while."
With those words, Bai Liluo departed.
She was incredibly fast. In the blink of an eye, she had vanished entirely. Even now, Chu Feng still had no idea what level of cultivation Bai Liluo actually possessed.
However, even though Bai Liluo had already left some time ago, Chu Feng had no intention of departing just yet.
He was still racking his brain, trying to see if he could piece together any clues about Bai Liluo's origins.
Unfortunately, based on his knowledge of the Ancestral Martial Cultivation World, he simply couldn't figure out where she had come from.
He had even less of an idea why she possessed such overwhelming power.
After coming up empty, Chu Feng decided to explore the area more thoroughly, hoping to uncover some trace—any clue at all—connected to Bai Liluo.
But despite using his Heaven's Eye to survey the surroundings for quite some time, he found absolutely nothing.
Even though he knew full well that this was a sealed location hiding countless secrets, he simply couldn't see through them.
"It seems this Ancestral Martial Cultivation World is even more extraordinary than I imagined."
Chu Feng stood atop a mountain peak, gazing out at the vast range of mountains stretching in every direction, a deep sense of powerlessness settling in his heart.
He was too insignificant. If he weren't so small, he wouldn't be standing in a place like this with nothing to show for it.
"Chu Feng, that monster Bai Liluo is using you."
Just then, a voice suddenly rang out. It came from that eerie dark shadow.
