"Am I seeing things? Did he really guess the answer and get it right?"
"He set up a formation at random, and it turned out to be the solution?"
"How much goddamn luck does this guy have?!!"
While the crowd was still reeling in shock, Asura Zhao Kun let out a mocking exclamation.
He was nearly certain that Chu Feng had merely guessed his way through, and that it had nothing to do with actual skill.
Once he said that, the crowd rallied behind him.
Yeah, there was no way Chu Feng had suddenly become that powerful. If he were really that strong, how could he have lost so badly earlier?
It had to be a coincidence. But even if it was, it was still absurdly lucky — and the people simply couldn't hide their shock.
"You actually guessed right?"
Liangqiu Hongyue said to Chu Feng.
It seemed that not only the bystanders believed Chu Feng had been lucky — even Liangqiu Hongyue thought so.
Even she didn't believe that Chu Feng had beaten her through genuine ability.
"Whether it was luck or not, you'll find out soon enough."
Chu Feng wasn't angered by Liangqiu Hongyue's barbs. A smile remained on his face the entire time. After speaking, he turned to look at Xia Yun'er and the others, saying: "Go ahead and enter to cultivate first. By the time you come out, the seventh inheritance point, the eighth inheritance point, and the ninth inheritance point will all be available for you to use."
The crowd was stunned yet again.
It wasn't that they were being dramatic — it was that Chu Feng's words were genuinely shocking.
When they came out, the remaining inheritance points would all be ready for cultivation? What did that mean? Didn't it imply he could crack all the remaining inheritance points in rapid succession?
Arrogant. Just how arrogant was that? And how brazenly confident?
It was as though Liangqiu Hongyue didn't exist to him at all — as though he had already clinched the victory.
"Where do you get this kind of confidence?" Liangqiu Hongyue asked, clearly irritated.
"Confidence? That naturally comes from myself," Chu Feng replied with a smile.
"Fine, bring it on. I refuse to believe you can beat me again."
Liangqiu Hongyue stomped her foot in frustration, then spun around and strode toward the seventh inheritance point.
Chu Feng followed right behind her.
"Chu Feng, focus on cracking the inheritance points. We'll head in together once you're done," Xia Yun'er said.
"That's right, Brother Chu Feng. We'll be waiting for you," the two male disciples of the Starfall Holy Land added.
Seeing this, Asura Zhao Kun's expression darkened considerably, though he didn't say anything.
After all, the Nine Profound Sect's disciples were already waiting for the Liangqiu sisters. So Xia Yun'er and the others waiting for Chu Feng was only natural.
"In that case, I'll have to trouble you all." Chu Feng clasped his fists toward Xia Yun'er and the others.
He then set about cracking the seventh inheritance point alongside Liangqiu Hongyue.
This time, much the same as before, Chu Feng barely observed for any length of time before he began setting up his cracking formation.
"This guy — is he really just guessing again?"
When the crowd saw this, many of them thought Chu Feng had gone completely insane. Guessing once could work, but there was absolutely no way you could pull it off a second time.
At the same time, however, Xia Yun'er and Liangqiu Lanyue's gazes grew grave.
A terrifying thought had suddenly struck them: what if Chu Feng wasn't guessing at all, and genuinely possessed this level of ability?
But whether it was skill or luck would depend on the final result of this formation.
Under the watchful eyes of the crowd, Chu Feng's cracking formation was completed in short order.
The formation surged with power, radiating brilliant light, flowing as smoothly as a running stream into the seventh inheritance point.
Moments later, a crisp crack rang out, and the doors of the seventh inheritance point swung open before everyone's eyes.
"This…"
The shock on the crowd's faces was even more intense than before.
Because if the first time had been luck, then the second time was proof of real ability.
"So Chu Feng wasn't guessing — he really did crack this inheritance point in such a short time. But then how did he lose so badly earlier? Did he do it on purpose? Was he deliberately going easy on Liangqiu Hongyue?"
"He deliberately lost to Liangqiu Hongyue four times, then proceeded to crack the remaining four inheritance points in succession, defeating her in one fell swoop?"
The thought sent another jolt of shock through the younger generation.
If that was really the case, then Chu Feng was far more terrifying than any of them had imagined.
After all, Liangqiu Hongyue was the personal disciple of Master Liangqiu.
For Chu Feng to be able to run circles around Master Liangqiu's disciple — that was genuinely spine-chilling.
"It seems Chu Feng wasn't being rash at all. Quite the opposite — he had it all planned out."
Outside the Inheritance Cavern, Elder Xingyi couldn't help but comment. As he spoke, he cast a pointed glance toward the Nine Profound Sect elder who had earlier mocked Chu Feng.
Upon hearing those words, the Nine Profound Sect elder's aged face flushed crimson. Though he was unwilling to admit it, he had no choice — this time, he truly had misjudged the situation. That kid called Chu Feng was far more formidable than he had expected.
"Brother Zhao, what do you make of this? Could it really be that Chu Feng was deliberately going easy on Master Liangqiu's two disciples?"
An elder of the Starfall Holy Land asked Zhao Kuangfeng.
