"There really is a smell. You can't smell it, but once it's in your mouth, you can feel it," Xian Yushi insisted.
"Young Master Yushi, I don't mean to be harsh, but you don't need to make up excuses just because you can't keep it down. When I was young and playful, I once tried eating a tiny bit of Black Lotus Gel. Although I couldn't swallow it either, that was only because the gel was far too viscous — I didn't notice any strange smell at all," the woman who had questioned Chu Feng earlier spoke up.
"True. I've eaten it as well. The Black Lotus Gel is sticky, but it definitely has no strange odor," several others chimed in at the same time.

"Yes!" The instant Princess Ling Yue's words left her lips, an aged figure materialized from the void and landed beside Xian Yushi.
The moment Chu Feng saw this person, his eyes lit up. Wasn't this the old man who had stood at the bow of the warship just yesterday?
