"This is Young Master Yushi of our Elf Kingdom," one of the Ancient Elves introduced from the side.
"So it's Young Master Yushi. A pleasure to meet you." Chu Feng cupped his fists again, the smile on his face undiminished.
"No need for formalities. Follow me." Xian Yushi curled his lips with disdain, then soared toward the Elf Kingdom.
Upon seeing this, Chu Feng narrowed his eyes slightly. He wasn't sure what Xian Yushi's intentions were in having him follow, but Chu Feng didn't hesitate to do so. He didn't want to miss the chance to enter the Elf Kingdom.
"Young Master Yushi, this Chu Feng wasn't officially invited. Perhaps it's not appropriate—" At that moment, the four Ancient Elf elders wore troubled expressions. Although Xian Yushi held the status of a young master, he still didn't have the authority to invite outsiders as guests to the Elf Kingdom.
"This is on my sister Lingyue's orders. Do you dare to stand in my way?" Xian Yushi's face turned cold, clearly displeased. He knew full well that he lacked the authority to invite guests, which was precisely why these elders were blocking him.
"We wouldn't dare." Upon hearing Princess Lingyue's name, the four elders promptly stepped aside without another word.
"Hmph." Xian Yushi let out a cold snort, then turned to Chu Feng and said iritably, "What are you staring at? Hurry up and keep up."
"This guy is really asking for a beating. He doesn't have enough status himself, yet he takes it out on you."
"Chu Feng, maybe we should forget about getting this medicine. I'm getting a bad feeling — Xian Yushi seems to have deep hostility toward you. Entering the Elf Kingdom could be dangerous." The Queen was quite dissatisfied with Xian Yushi's attitude, but what concerned her more was Chu Feng's safety.
"When you're under someone else's roof, you have no choice but to bow your head. Besides… Xian Yushi himself said that it was Princess Lingyue who invited me in, not him. Even if he's displeased with me, he wouldn't dare do anything. After all, this so-called Princess Lingyue doesn't seem to harbor any hostility toward me."
Compared to Eggy, Chu Feng simply smiled without a care. The moment he learned it was Princess Lingyue who had invited him, certain things had clicked into place in his mind.
So while he may have been somewhat uneasy before, at this point Chu Feng had nothing to fear.
"I really can't do anything with you." Eggy felt that Chu Feng was just comforting himself.
"Relax, I know what I'm doing." Chu Feng smiled again and began following closely behind.
After flying forward with Xian Yushi for a full two hours, Chu Feng finally spotted an Ancient Teleportation Array. After entering the array, another three full hours passed before they emerged from the other side.
Throughout the entire journey, Xian Yushi hadn't said a single word to Chu Feng. His attitude was so terrible it was as though Chu Feng owed him money.
However, when Chu Feng stepped out of the Ancient Teleportation Array, what appeared before his eyes was not only scenery so beautiful it seemed like a fantasy, but also a vast, boundless city.
This city was without question the most magnificent one Chu Feng had ever seen. The enormous city gates and walls rose high into the clouds, stretching endlessly in every direction.
Moreover, embedded in the walls and gates were massive gemstones of various colors. They weren't arranged densely, but set against the white brick walls and blue tiles, they served as the perfect finishing touch, lending the city an air of both splendor and nobility.
"The Elf Kingdom really is extraordinary." Even Eggy couldn't help but offer her praise.
The reason she praised it wasn't just because the vast city had been crafted to perfection — it was primarily because every single brick and tile in these walls contained an independent formation array.
Not just a single wall or a single gate — every individual brick and tile held its own separate formation. And in a city of such boundless scale, the number of bricks and tiles was beyond anyone's ability to count.
Yet it was precisely these densely packed formations that gave the city not only extraordinary defensive capabilities but also tremendous offensive power. A seamless blend of offense and defense — truly an undertaking of epic proportions.
At that moment, Xian Yushi brought Chu Feng to a small gate. Though it was called a small gate, it still stood dozens of meters tall. On either side of the entrance stood nearly a hundred Ancient Elf guards in neat formation — every single one of them a Martial Emperor-level powerhouse.
