The sweet smile still lingered on Wang Yuxian's face.

This confirmed something for Chu Feng. This girl clearly had another side to her — and the one standing before him now was likely her true self.

But it seemed only those closest to her could coax this side out. At the very least, she had never shown it in front of her fellow senior sisters.

After that, the Dao Sea Fairy led Chu Feng and Wang Yuxian away from the island.

They plunged into the Dao Sea, diving deeper and deeper, until they reached the lightless depths where not even a hand could be seen before their face.

A concealed formation — that was what had been hiding the true appearance of this location.

Once the concealment dissolved, an ancient stone gate materialized at the bottom of the sea.

The gate was three meters wide and five meters tall — anyone with a larger build wouldn't fit through. And it was peculiar: despite being surrounded entirely on all sides by seawater, the water could not penetrate into the gate. It was as though an invisible force warded it off.
