A member of the Branch Clan cried out.
As soon as those words left his mouth, two figures came soaring through the air, landing at last among the Main Clan, right beside the Wuma Heavenly Clan's Clan Master.
These two were none other than Chu Feng and Bai Liluo.
After Chu Feng and Bai Liluo touched down, even Wuma Yantian — the Branch Clan Master — furrowed his brows, let alone the other members of the Branch Clan.
Moments ago, they had been standing tall and proud, as though they were gods descended upon mortals. Now, however, traces of unease had crept onto every last one of their faces.
After all, the aura Bai Liluo was releasing was that of a ninth-grade Exalted.

The moment those words left Wuma Yantian's mouth, the members of the Wuma Heavenly Clan erupted in ecstatic joy. It was as though they had just escaped the gates of death itself.

"Who I am is not important. What matters is that what you are doing is absolutely unforgivable!" Chu Feng declared. "The Main Clan already accepted your shameless demands, and yet you still want to push them to the brink of annihilation. Are you even human?"
Those words of Chu Feng struck a nerve in Wuma Yantian, sending the Branch Clan Master into a thunderous rage. He pointed directly at Chu Feng and bellowed, "You mongrel — who are you calling the Branch Clan? Who are you calling the Branch Clan?!"
"We are the orthodox line! If anyone is the Branch Clan, it's those useless trash — not us!"
As Wuma Yantian spoke, his voice boomed like thunder and killing intent saturated the air. He was genuinely furious.
"Branch Clan is Branch Clan," Chu Feng shot back. "Face the facts and stop deceiving yourselves. If you hadn't been the Branch Clan back then, why would you be oppressing the Main Clan like this today? It's nothing more than old grudges — you harbored resentment for years, and now you've come to exact your revenge."
