"Chu Feng, have you memorized everything on that map?"
After the map had completely vanished, the queen finally spoke up.
The reason she had waited until now to ask was that she feared asking earlier might have distracted Chu Feng.
"I have. Don't worry, Eggy, I've memorized it all clearly," Chu Feng said with a smile.
"Then do you think it's real? Can we really find the Arrow Dao Venerable's tomb with that map?" the queen asked.
She actually hoped the map was genuine. After all, the Arrow Dao Venerable was a Venerable-level existence. His tomb would surely contain numerous treasures. If Chu Feng could find it, he would undoubtedly reap a considerable harvest.
"I can't be certain, but I'd like to give it a try," Chu Feng said.
He truly couldn't be certain, since this was all just a game. Still, it was indeed an opportunity, which was why Chu Feng wanted to try.
"So, do you want to kill yourself now and end this game?" the queen said with a grin.
"That would be far too boring. I still want to challenge the Soul-Devouring Beast," Chu Feng said.
"Challenge the Soul-Devouring Beast? How? Are you going to go find it?" the queen asked.
"Going to find it would be too troublesome. I might as well summon it here directly," Chu Feng said.
"Summon it? How do you plan to summon it?" the queen asked.
"My dear Eggy, take a careful look at this stone table."
The stone table Chu Feng was referring to was the one on which the three boxes had been placed.
Upon close inspection, one would notice that the table's surface was actually covered with inscriptions and special runes.
After Chu Feng moved the three boxes aside, the inscriptions and runes were fully revealed before his eyes.
It turned out to be an incantation for summoning the Soul-Devouring Beast. Once the incantation was recited, the Soul-Devouring Beast would be summoned to a specific location. All one had to do was follow the narrow path between the two cliffs to its end, and that would be the spot where the Soul-Devouring Beast would appear.
"Not bad, Chu Feng. I can't believe you spotted that — your eyes are sharp these days."
The queen couldn't help but praise Chu Feng. She had been so focused on the contents of the boxes earlier that she hadn't noticed the inscriptions on the stone platform at all.
"This incantation is rather complex. Let me study it carefully."
As he spoke, Chu Feng began examining the runes with focused attention.
Unlike the techniques of barrier formation, an incantation had to be recited in a single breath. However, these runes were unfamiliar to Chu Feng. He would need to draw upon his experience with barrier formation to figure out how to read them. Only once he had fully deciphered them could he successfully summon the Soul-Devouring Beast.
