"What conditions?" Bai Ruochen asked.

Chu Feng didn't answer right away. Instead, he flashed a shameless grin and said in an extremely lewd tone: "Let me steal a kiss on your pretty little lips."

"You... shameless!" At those words, a pair of crimson blushes instantly spread across Bai Ruochen's delicate face. Fury flared in her eyes. Without another word, she swept her long sleeve and turned to leave.

It was only because Chu Feng had said such things to her that she merely stormed off. If it had been anyone else, she would have slapped them across the face twice — and even if she didn't kill them, she'd have left them crippled at the very least. For a girl like Bai Ruochen, nothing was more intolerable than that kind of improper advance.

In truth, Chu Feng had known all along that Bai Ruochen would reject him. Wang Yan and his group had been observing Chu Feng, and Chu Feng and his companions had been observing them in turn. They knew each other's identities and each other's strength.
