Chapter 1295: Dialogue (Begging for Guaranteed Monthly Tickets)

If that demigod creature hadn't automatically slammed into the Demon Painting, I would have had to summon Mr. World's historical projection... Hmm, I wonder if this counts as directly seeking help from an Angel-level being... Fors thought to herself as she drank the potion.

To her, that potion was like freezing water that could frostbite a person; as it flowed down, all her senses vanished, leaving only her thoughts unsolidified.

When a person is extremely cold, hallucinations are inevitable. Within Fors's line of sight, a night sky instantly appeared. In that sky, densely packed, brilliant stars wove into a dreamlike river.

Starlight then reflected on Fors's skin, seemingly emanating from within herself.

Those pure specks of starlight formed an intangible connection with the different stars in the night sky. Along with the twinkling of those lights, they twisted, squirmed, and drilled out of Fors's body like insects, wanting to defect to that Milky Way paved with tiny fragments of a diamond.

They each carried a part of her flesh and a sliver of consciousness, like uncontrollable avatars.

Fors's thoughts quickly became chaotic and blurred; she could barely control herself to resist the urge to split.

At this moment, she sensed something illusory.

It was the seal she had completed using the Demon Painting. It projected into this mystical world created by the potion, forming an abstract, blurry mark.

Fors, without thinking, instinctively stretched part of her consciousness and spirituality toward it, intertwining with that abstract mark.

This mark wasn't completely in tune with her; it seemed to have parts that didn't belong to her, but it could barely merge with her.

Suddenly, within Fors's mind, that abstract mark became vividly clear—it was a "Door," layered and covered in mystical symbols.

This "Door" hid Fors behind itself, isolating her from the surrounding starry sky.

At the same time, on the other side of the "Door," the terrifying sealed creature seemed to sense the aura of its enemy. Using its divinity, it frantically eroded the illusory "Door," which perfectly counteracted the influence of the external starry sky on Fors.

This lasted for over ten seconds, and then the night sky flowing with the brilliant Milky Way slowly receded. The specks of starlight returned to Fors's body, merging with her.

At this moment, a deep darkness vaguely appeared before Fors's eyes, and deep within the darkness were unceasing storms and occasional flashes of lightning.

The next second, a familiar voice sounded in Fors's ears, piercing into her head like steel nails stirring her brain.

Fors's expression instantly twisted. If she hadn't experienced similar things time and time again, building up a certain resistance, and if she herself hadn't already possessed the status of a Saint, she would have likely lost control right then.

Of course, the influence of "good luck" definitely played a part here.

It took her several seconds, relying on meditation techniques, to finally barely calm down and make out what the voice was shouting.

It was calling for help!

—It wasn't language, nor Elvish or Ancient , but a language Fors had never encountered before. Yet the moment she heard it, she understood it, feeling as if it were the true origin of many modern languages.

Mr. Door frantically screams "help" every full moon. It's an utter disgrace among the Kings of Angels... Still, even if He is pleading for help, to me, it's an unbearable terror... Fors grumbled inwardly, wondering whether to pretend she hadn't heard, wait until she had initially gathered her spirituality and mastered the Beyonder powers of a "Mystical Mage" to talk to Mr. Door next full moon, or to communicate a little right now.

Suddenly, the cries from the infinite distance stopped, and a deathly silence fell around her.

After two or three seconds, a ethereal yet spirit-piercing voice transmitted into Fors's mind: "You used Beyonder characteristics from the Abrahams."

This sentence was stated flatly, without a single inflection, but it made Fors's forehead veins pulse, her eyes fill with red threads, and her body glow brilliantly.

She almost lost control of herself.

"Who are you?" Fors asked deliberately, steadying herself.

The voice, which seemed to be tempting her step by step into losing control, laughed lowly: "You can call me 'Mr. Door.' You shouldn't be unfamiliar with me."

This King of Angels from the Fourth Epoch directly pointed out that Fors had a connection with Him and could hear the "Full Moon Whispers."

...I'm going to write you into a novel! Fors gritted her teeth and asked: "Respected Mr. Door, are you the ancestor of the Abraham family, His Highness Bethel?"

The voice that had traversed countless barriers returned to its former flat tone: "Yes."

"Then do you know that your 'cries for help' have plunged the entire Abraham family into a curse lasting over a thousand years, basically making it impossible for anyone to become a 'Traveler', or even an 'Astrologer'? They always lose control and turn into monsters during advancement or on the night of the full moon." Fors felt that she could not have a long conversation with Mr. Door, or the tendency to lose control would become irreversible, so she directly raised the question that the Abrahams cared about most.

Mr. Door was silent for two seconds and said: "Don't they have any 'Mystical Mages' or other demigods left?"

"After the 'War of the Four Emperors', there were none. And the curse you brought prevents anyone from advancing to demigod. If you could stop crying for help for ten years, perhaps a new Abraham demigod would be born, which would be more helpful for your own escape." Fors sincerely offered her suggestion.
