Hua Deli Hotel.

As Yeru put it: "Today I find out that our third brother is actually a stone sculpture master — we've got to celebrate properly. Let's go, to the Hua Deli Hotel." And so, the four of them walked into Hua Deli Hotel. The moment they stepped inside, quite a few students on the first floor turned their heads to look.

The vast majority of those gazes settled on Lin Lei.

Dikexi. Lin Lei!

The two most dazzling prodigies of — wherever they went, they were the center of attention. Not far away, quite a few students couldn't help but murmur among themselves.

The four brothers sat down. The dishes had just been set on the table— "Squeak-squeak~~~~" ',' who had been napping lazily, poked his little head out from the opening of Lin Lei's outer robe, his crafty little eyes spinning as he stared at a glistening roast chicken on the table. Rein immediately grabbed the roast chicken and held it toward the little shadow mouse: "Bei Bei, here you go."

"Boss Lin Lei, I'm going to eat!" Bei Bei sent a soul transmission to Lin Lei right away.

Before Lin Lei could even respond, Bei Bei had already darted onto the table in a flash. He grabbed the roast chicken and devoured it ravenously. In less than ten seconds, a whole roast chicken had been eaten clean by the little shadow mouse — who was a size smaller than the chicken itself.

"Third, every time I see how fast Bei Bei eats, my heart just about spasms," Yeru said with a laugh.

After finishing, Bei Bei turned to look at Lin Lei. Lin Lei glanced at the grease-covered little paws and couldn't help but furrow his brow.

"Squeak squeak~~~"

Bei Bei deliberately squeaked a few times at Lin Lei, then narrowed his small eyes with a look of smug satisfaction. At the same time, a black glow emanated from his entire body, and a dark aura radiated outward. In an instant, the black light vanished. And Bei Bei's paws, which had been slick with grease, along with his mouth, were now perfectly clean.

Bei Bei puffed out his little face, squeaked at Lin Lei, and transmitted through their soul link: "Boss Lin Lei, clean now, right?"

Lin Lei couldn't help but laugh.

"Whoosh." Bei Bei's figure flickered, and he dove back inside Lin Lei's clothes.

After that, the four brothers chatted idly while eating and drinking.

"Oh, right, third — if you want to submit your stone sculptures to Pruxus Hall, there are a few things you need to keep in mind," Yeru reminded Lin Lei.

"Oh? What should I be aware of?" Lin Lei asked.

He knew absolutely nothing about the rules Pruxus Hall had for accepting works.

Yeru smiled and said: "For ordinary stone sculptures, the lower-left corner must bear an engraved name or code. That marks it as your work. That's the first thing. Second, when a sculpture is sent to the Pruxus Hall warehouse, it has to be sealed up — to prevent damage during transport. Once the sealed sculpture arrives at the warehouse, someone there will inspect it to make sure it's intact, and they'll record your identity information in detail. Usually within three days, your work will appear in the Ordinary Exhibition Hall of Pruxus Hall."

Lin Lei nodded.

Engraving a code or name on the sculpture was to prevent anyone else from claiming it.

Sealing it for protection — Lin Lei could understand that too: "Some stone sculptures are carved with extreme detail and delicacy. A bump during transport could damage them. If they're sealed up, with paper or scraps of cloth packed inside for cushioning, they'd be much safer."

"How does Pruxus Hall handle the pricing and fees?" Lin Lei pressed.

Sending his sculptures to Pruxus Hall — Lin Lei's goal was to earn money and improve his family's financial situation.
