Lin Lei smiled and said, "Your child is currently about three li south of here."

"Three li to the south?" The grassland man's face changed dramatically. "Isn't that Twin Horn Peaks?"

"Twin Horn Peaks?" Lin Lei was somewhat confused, but his divine sense had already detected that not far from where the child stood, there was a mountain peak. The peak was quite strange — the very top was split apart, likely from long exposure to the wind, giving it a slight curve. These two horn-like peaks looked exactly like the horns of a goat.

Bei Bei said, "That's right. There are indeed two peaks shaped like goat horns not far from the child."

The grassland man immediately dropped to his knees and kowtowed. "My lords, please save my child! The area inside Twin Horn Peaks is the most dangerous part of the Death Mountain Range!" This father was clearly worried sick about his son — he kowtowed so hard that his forehead split open, blood staining the stones on the ground.

The divine force surging across Lin Lei's body prevented the grassland man from continuing to kowtow.

"We will save your child." Lin Lei placed his hand on the grassland man's shoulder, channeling a surge of Life Source Pearl energy into him, instantly healing the small wound on his forehead.

Seeing his forehead wound mend in an instant, the grassland man became even more certain that the two before him were extraordinary powerhouses — perhaps even legendary Saint Realm experts. His gaze toward Lin Lei and Bei Bei was filled with hope.

"Wait here," Lin Lei said, then he and Bei Bei moved simultaneously, vanishing from the grassland man's sight in an instant.

The grassland man pressed his hands to his chest, tears glistening at the corners of his eyes. "My boy will definitely be saved. He will be."

Death Mountain Range, Twin Horn Peaks.

"The wind here at Twin Horn Peaks is so strong, so strange," Bei Bei remarked.

Lin Lei nodded slightly. Strong mountain winds were nothing unusual, but this was beyond ordinary. Howling gales rushed into the area around Twin Horn Peaks, yet once the wind entered, it fell silent — as if the region could swallow sound itself.

Fortunately, the child was still some distance away from Twin Horn Peaks.

"His father must have been worried sick, yet this kid fell asleep here." Bei Bei and Lin Lei stood beside the child, who was dressed in a red cotton-padded jacket. The grassland boy's little face was flushed red, and he wore a felt hat, curled up beside a rock. His small face was dirty, with tear streaks still visible.

It seemed that after getting lost, the child had tried to find his father.

But in the mountains, direction was hard to discern — even adults unfamiliar with the area could easily get lost, let alone a child.

"Hey." Bei Bei gently pinched the child's nose.

"Mmm, mmm~~~" The sleeping child's nose wrinkled. Unable to breathe properly, he finally woke up. Bei Bei released his grip at once. The moment the child saw Lin Lei and Bei Bei, delight appeared in his eyes.

"Big brothers, please help me find my father! I can't find him!" The child sniffled, on the verge of tears again.

"You little rascal, do you dare run off on your own again?" Bei Bei teased with a grin.

"I was chasing a wild rabbit. I remembered the path, but somehow I couldn't find my father anymore. I kept searching, and then it got dark. I looked for a long time. It was so cold at night, and I was so hungry, so I fell asleep." The child looked up at Bei Bei with his large dark eyes, sniffling as he spoke.

"Come on, big brother will take you to your father." Bei Bei picked up the child.

Lin Lei and Bei Bei took to the air. Although the child's father was only about three li away in a straight line, actually walking through the mountains along winding paths would require at least ten li to reach him.

"I can only imagine how much this child suffered," Lin Lei thought with a sigh.

"Wow~~" The child's eyes went wide.

He was now in Bei Bei's arms, flying through the air. This little one had clearly never been airborne before. He was so excited he could barely contain himself, completely forgetting how miserable he had been just moments ago. "We're flying! Wow, big brother, you're amazing!"

Bei Bei's eyes crinkled with laughter.

"Father! I see Father!" The child immediately pointed down at a figure below. The grassland man had clearly spotted Lin Lei, Bei Bei, and his son as well. He was waving excitedly from the ground.

Lin Lei and Bei Bei descended.

"Go on to your father." Bei Bei set the child down on the ground.

"Father!" The child ran toward him at once.

The grassland man embraced his son with tears of joy streaming down his face. "Boy, you nearly scared your father to death! I told you not to run off, and you ran off anyway." Even as he scolded, he was crying. He had been searching for his son since yesterday — an entire night and most of a day.

"I won't run off again," the child said quickly.

"Thank the two lords quickly." The grassland man had heard that Saint Realm experts could fly, and both before him could do so. They were surely Saint Realm powerhouses. He immediately pulled his son down to kneel in gratitude.

"Thank you, big brothers!" the child said at once.

Lin Lei and Bei Bei both smiled. In truth, they had helped quite a few people along the way.

"Just listen to your father from now on," Lin Lei said with a smile. "Alright, we should be going."

The child quickly spoke up: "Big brothers, my name is Walsh! I'll definitely come find you someday — I'll fly to find you!" Lin Lei and Bei Bei both laughed, then said their farewells to the father and son before continuing on their journey.

Lin Lei and Bei Bei were heading toward Twin Horn Peaks. The peaks clearly held some secret, so naturally the two intended to investigate.

"That child was really adorable," Bei Bei said. Lin Lei sighed. "Seeing that father and son made me think of Xini."

"Xini?" Bei Bei looked surprised.

Lin Lei nodded. "Back when the Bosha Dam was shattered and Ogewen first arrived on the Yulan Continent, he destroyed the imperial palace of our Baruch Empire. At that time, everyone in the palace died except for Xini and Anke. Xini's son, 'Little Kasa,' also perished. Even after all this time, Xini still carries deep pain in his heart."

Dragon Blood Warriors were few in number. Twenty years had passed, and though Xini had remarried, he had no children.

Deep down, Xini harbored an undying hatred for Ogewen.
